fast shipping, reasonable price compared to other brands. my only complaint is the directions! As they are very vague and leave to much to the imagination. once i cut a hole in my door its to late! overall i recommend this dog door, just have some experience or someone with it to figure it out.

Bought this because it is about 1/2" wider than my last door. One dog has gained weight due to an illness. Make sure you understand the cutout drawing. The cutout is a rectangle. My installer didn't add 3/8" to each side. He had to re-cut the opening and it was still too small. His small gap made the assembly difficult but it works fine.

This doggie door was a replacement for the same one we bought years ago and I was happy that it was still available. I love the stiff door, because it always closes without leaving a gap. I have to say that installing this door isn't real easy and requires a helper when it comes to actually joining the inside and outside halves together; considering how long the door lasts I think it's worth the effort. The inside photo was taken with the security door in place, and the other one is from the outside. The reason the door had to be replaced was that the outside part of it dry rotted from old age and maybe just being in Florida.

Needed to replace a broken doggie door. This was pretty easy to figure out and put it in. Works well.

This door was advertised as a wall door and when I received it it said it was to be used in a door??? The dimensions are for a door. Im lucky I have a brother that will make it fit. Other than the bad specs the door itself is of good quality and we will make it work but it was advertised wrong and might not be able to be used by some.

I ordered this dog door on a whim because the price was right and had decent reviews. Its a decent door, but be prepared to use your own personal judgement in lieu of instructions. The instructions say to cut the screws beforehand. If you decide to use this door, I recommend cutting the screws after you have the door mounted so you know how much you need to cut off.

I don't know I have normal size walls. I think as wise and just didn't have long enough screws to compensate so I had to go and buy some more stuff for it and then I had to buy filler for the wall and all the stuff so I mean, I thought it was cool. You know that it was made well or whatever but it's just not big enough for extra large dog. It's not fitting for my normalsized wall

Very poorly engineered. Overall quality is suboptimal. I had to add material to make it sturdy. I am mostly home bound so I didn't have a choice except to keep it.

the parts were broken upon arrival delete that opens and shuts when an animal goes through it stays open for some reason and when I try to shut it manually it bends. installed correctly I bought this one to replace the previous one but the previous one was a lot better quality than this one. and for some reason there's no way to contact the seller I've been trying to contact them but there's no information available on how to contact them. I recommend not buying this doggie door because the lid will stay open and the whole point is that it automatically shuts again.
