and see no reason to change. Doheny's provides quality pool supplies. Ony issue I've ever had had nothing to do with Doheny, but who they use for shipping, in this one case Fed Ex [or a partner of Fed Ex. They lost a 50 lb. tub of chlorine for a week, until I contacted Doheny so they could initiate a tracker. Once they did the item was magically found, but when it arrived, the box showed damage and that it had been opened and retaped by the carrier. Fast forward several days later when I opened the container, and I'd say about 20/30 of the tabs had been removed and I assume stolen! If I was to suggest anything to Doheny's it would be to tape your packages with Doheny security tape to prevent tampering!

Really glad it came in a bucket as advertised, chems I bought last year came in cheap plastic bags not as shown in buckets.

After testing my water, I use this product and it always seems to keep my pool spotless. My water is always crystal clear and my skin feels great.

I keep an eye on chlorine and the ph levels and when balanced the water is as soft as a pillow. It's awesome and Dohenys helps me do that.

All of the chemicals that you sell are the best. They are not watered down like most others are and do an excellent job of keeping the pool in balance. Pool wise, the best thing that I ever did was trying out your chemicals many years ago. Thank you Doheny family!!!

.... this came in a 10-lb. plastic bag, which created a storage problem. Probably won't purchase unless more convenient packaging (e.g., five 2-lb. bags) is available.

I accidentally ordered a 25lbs bucket of a PH chemical, after doing a search for a 25lbs bucket of chlorine tablets. I noticed my mistake shortly thereafter and immediately sent Doheny's an email to their customer team, asking that my order be changed. I attempted to call the customer service phone number, but could not reach a person or even leave a message as they do not work weekends. I contacted them again Monday morning, only to be told I could not change the order, as it was in process. They then charged me $25, roughly half the value of the item in question, for return shipping. I don't plan to shop with Dohenys again.

the 3 inch tabs were broken in small pieces and most of the plastic wrap was torn. This is very difficult to us . what are you going to do about this problem?
