Very easy to use and directions are clear and easy to understand. I also downloaded the app and it was quick and easy to get my results! This is nice since we just bought our house and it has a pool and we have no idea what we are doing, what we need to do, and how to get it clean. Nice that the app tells you exactly what you need, how to add it and even where you can buy it!

These test strips include free chlorine, stabilizer and alkalinity. For pH the 2 way test kit with chemicals is more accurate. If your stabilizer gets too high from using trichlor tablets then your combined chlorine might be high without any free chlorine to stop algae.

These are good test strips. I like the ease of being able to go to my local stores and picking these up. However, the test strips cost roughly 31 cents a test strip, I test my water to see what i need, then i add my chemicals and test again. So, at the very least I use 2 a day, this can become very costly.

I have been taking care of my pool for over 28 years and started using the Clorox test strips and phone app a year ago. This system makes it easy as the phones camera is more accurate that you eyes for determining the colors for water quality levels. And Walmart has the best prices on the Clorox items as well as many other items and excellent order process and delivery.

I used to own a pool service company of over 700 pools. For my commercial accounts I used very expensive optical analysis equipment. I’m not suggesting I would use this in place of it. However at home I use it his product and software as it if more than adequate in its analysis and recommendations. I suggest it to anyone servicing their own pool

I know test strips are frowned upon by internet pool forum people, but I use these nonetheless and then often double check by going to Leslie's with a water sample, and everything always seems to line up with each other. Makes them accurate enough for me!

These test strips make spa water easier to manage. I ordered this from walmart.com, and it's cheaper than the same thing on amazon.com.

Helped me get our small above ground pool clear again after an abundance of algae. You just scan the strip and it tells you what chemical to add and how much. It’s very effective!

These strips said that the chlorine in our pool was low so I added the amount of chlorine that the app told me to use. i waited a few hours and let the pump mix the water and retested. It still showed as low level of free chlorine. I decided to buy the older style test kit that my mom always used with the drops and test it that way to see a true level. turns out our free chlorine level was at 5.0 when the safe range is between 1.0 and 4.0. So now we have to wait to use our pool until the sun burns off some chlorine and its at a safe level again. The spot on the strip for this still showed pale yellow when I retested after checking with the drops and it said its too high. This is not a safe product to rely on.
