Doesn'T Work, Pool water Still Green!!!

Even though this item showed in stock at my local store, my order was canceled. Apparently, this is because the item is out of stock at the store. I waited over a month for it to be replenished. I went in person to the store on April 2 and still could not find this item. A relatively unhelpful clerk looked it up and said that they should have 13 on hand. He did not find any on the shelf and told me that he was not authorized to update the quantity to zero because he did not have the authority. This unhelpful clerk told me that I would have to take it up with the store management. I called the stores main number today, press the phone tree options to talk to management, and the phone rang and rang until I was disconnected. The store is undergoing a remodel, and I suspect that the items are lost somewhere. Why does it take an act of Congress to replenish some thing when you could not fulfill an order a month ago?
