I wanted to loaf pan that bakes sandwich loaves the size you buy in stores. It is definitely that! My first loaf was absolute perfection. I want to make banana bread in it, but any recipe I've found so far, the recipe is batter and there are holes on the bottom of the loaf pan; so obviously batter cannot be used and it has to be actual dough. I'm still working on that though, but the loaves that are coming out are absolutely perfect.

Perfect! The pan is nonstick, though I spray with oil because its material and construction promises to be with me longer than any nonstick surface I've known. And the lid turns the loaves into sandwich bread that I'm able to slice thin.

What a difference a pan makes! I never thought it could improve my favorite sourdough sandwich bread recipe but this pan made it a whole lot better! Definitely a BUY.

been constantly trying to make loaves of bread but have not been doing so well with other pans got this one to make it more Square not only did it make it shapely like a true loaf of bread but also helped it cook with a better consistency absolutely loved it

Get parchment paper with this product. Super cool. Very easy to use!

I don't know why but it rusted after the first use. make sure to wash and dry directly after using if you get these.

On trac left it stting right out next to the road even though my gate was wide open.2 lb Pullman has a dent in the lid. How dare they! This was a declaration of war. I'm not doing business with this company ever again. I don't know what I did to deserve such disrespect but this felt evil, deliberate, and personal. On Trac is scum. Right 2 feet from the road. Our gate wide open, big enough to drive into, yet they leave it outside the property on the freaking road.
