Doughmakers Durable Original Non-Stick Pebble Pattern Aluminum Jelly Roll Pan, 10" x 15"

I bought these to use when I make desserts for a fish fry at the American Legion. They don't start until Memorial Day and end on Labor Day so I have not had a chance to use them yet but I can tell they look like good quality.

Great pans for so many additional things than cooking cookies.

Was exactly as advertised. Cooked evenly, easy clean up, perfect weight!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pan. The textured surface is a good feature that isn't on other similar pans I have. I feel like things don't stick to it. I haven't made a "jelly roll" but I have made a few sheet pan dinners and other baked goods that have all turned out great. Evenly cooked and the pan is holding up nicely. Easy to clean as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been baking more than ever but many of my previous baking pans have disappointed me, especially non stick ones. I don't use cooking sprays because they leave a sticky buildup sometimes, the manufacturer recommends avoiding sprays for this reason so we agree completely on that. Nothing seems to stick badly on the pan, I hand wash as recommended and haven't had to use anything but a sponge so far. My baked goods have browned evenly and haven't stuck to the pan, I often use parchment paper but prefer not too with cookies and have had no problem getting my cookies off the pan. Pluses include even browsing of baked goods and easy cleanup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this jelly roll pan for free and it turned out that it is the best baking sheet what I ever had.I used it for baking my homemade rolls and also for making cookies.The cookies were pretty soft with a lot chocolate morsels but there was only a little bit chocolate on the pan after I was done.Nothing was sticking on it but everything was easy to remove.The silver shimmering pan is looking really exquisite and it is a joy using it.The cleaning is very easy.I would highly recommend this great jelly roll pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this jelly roll pan because it is the perfect size for many of my baking treats. Everything bakes evenly and the pan does not warp. I don't place it in the dishwasher and no need to anyway. It only takes a few moments to wash and dry by hand. Box cake mix's content is much smaller today then it was several years ago. I can bake an entire cake from a box cake in this pan. The sides are low but it does make for a nice average sheet cake. If I want to layer the cake, I cut the cake in half and put on layer on top of the other. One pan to wash instead of two. Baking cookies is a breeze but my favorite to bake in this pan is Texas brownies. Everyone loves them and they come out perfect, if I do say so myself. Great pan that I believe will last a life time....maybe longer.
