Absolutely the best baking sheets available. Biscuits, cookies, etc come out of the oven evenly baked!! I would highly recommend it!!

Good quality, bakes cookies evenly. I have another sheet I've had for several years and it's still top condition.

I've had my cookie sheet for 23 years and it's still perfect. I bake all the time. I bought one for my daughter and she loves it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been in the market for a new cookie sheet as my old one is beyond messed up. I loved how big this sheet was but I was concerned about the “pebbling” effect on the top of this sheet. I thought, for sure, my baked goods would stick in the crevices - but I was wrong! I even tried Paleo cookies (pictured) as these tend to be the stickiest and hardest to remove. Not a problem at all. This baby bakes! It's extremely light weight, bakes SUPER evenly and everything just slides right off. The lack of sides, I think, makes it seem even bigger than it is, which I love. I also love that the instructions said not to use spray oil on the surface as it can, over time, mess up the finish and quality of the sheet. Maybe everyone on earth knows this, but I did not. It certainly explains what's happened to all of my sheet pans! Anyway, great cookie sheet. I'm very happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great cookie sheet. It is larger then or al. Usually when I make chocolate chip cookies they kind of bake Into each other because the sheet is small. The cookies were also very fluffy and didnt stick to the pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doughmakers Grand Cookie Sheet is the best cookie sheet I have ever used. I love making cookies for my kids, and the bottom of the cookies are never consistent. Some areas would be darker than the other. Plus, getting cookies off an ungreased cookie sheet is not fun. I was able to use Doughmakers cookie sheet with ease. I never had to use anything to prevent the cookies from sticking to the pan. The grooves (design) allowed air and heat to flow under the cookies to cook evenly. The grooves also allow food to be removed easily. Look at the picture I provided and you will notice the grooves on the baking sheet that allow for even baking. I have used this cookie sheet numerous times for making cookies, pizza, garlic bread, and other various foods. It has been easy to wash. I have only hand washed this cookie tray ... The instructions do say NOT to put in a dishwasher! Doughmakers cookie sheet did not disappoint, and I have increased my baking due to the quality of cookies I am able to bake with this cookie sheet.

The unique pebble pattern in the tray creates a natural non-stick surface and enables more even browning. The aluminium tray heats faster, bakes evenly and is rust resistant. The only downside is that it needs to be hand washed and the textured surface needs to be cleaned thoroughly in order to remove any residues. Other than that, it is a pretty durable cookie sheet.
