Downton Abbey: The Movie (DVD + Digital) [Blu-ray]

OMG! This movie is awesome. Just as good as the series and very well written/acted. I enjoyed every minute of it. This is one of those memorable stories that lives forever and will be a great classic. There aren't many decent shows on TV or in the movies worth watching anymore (especially american) . It's so refreshing to sit down and watch something with some substance to it. Buy it . You will not be disappointed.

This was truly an amazing movie. I highly recommend watching all of the seasons 1st before seeing the movie.

Terrific insights into the Series & the making of the movie! As a fan it gives you bits unknown by general public! Uber fan of time period, insight into grandma's real life life :thinking: just thrilling !!!

Great movie! Although it felt rushed throughout the movie, watching it again and again, will not seems so bad. All Downton Abbey fans will enjoy this movie.

What can you not say about this movie. The cantering that goes on, the love illuminates amongst the characters and the era is welcoming to all whom enjoys a "classic"!

Disappointing. Apart from the one movie "Pal Joey" the rest were so antiquated and dull I only watched two and turned the rest off. Rita Hayworth made some good movies IE Gilda - Separate Tables - By that time she'd learned the art of acting! . The only reason I'm giving a two rating is that the aforementioned movie had Frank Sinatra singing in it and that was worth the price!

Several of the scenes go darker and then a couple times they fade out completely. I will be returning the DVD. Sad, since this was a gift for my wife who loves the movie (when it does not have visual distractions).
