I love this to soften my laundry. I have a baby and don’t like harsh chemicals so this is perfect. I also have a skin condition that is easily bothered and this does not affect it at all. I love this fabric softener and always go back to it. I will continue to use it in the future as well.

It was a large amount of product at a good price It came timely and packaged in a zip lock bag to prevent spilling/leaking. I was very satisfied.

Use in my personal laundry. I am allergic to fragrance. So, this is the only fabric softener that I found. Leaves cloths soft. Remember: NO FRAGRANCE!

I received this item but the lid which is also the measuring cup is all cracked. It is not usable. Also that covers the spout to catch any small drips.

This delivered 2 days late, in a garbage bag and left in the USPS crate on mt doorstep. Most of the contents had leaked out. The jug wasn't damaged, but the top was very lose. Waste of time. My only option that I see, is to request a return. I'm going through all that trouble tp repackage and drop off a half a bottle of fabric softener. I should get a full refund. We'll see.

I have bought twice in the last 4 months and it’s terrible. It’s real thick like pancake mix slow running out of bottleOnce put in washer it doesn’t even dissolve In fabric dispenser, still clumpy . What’s going on ? I’ve always bought this and never had a problem!Last 2 times i bought it , was awlful!
