This Vit d3, tudca, cod liver oil, wheat grass powder, electrolytes, nutritional yeast tablets, and blood sugar formula are my favorite Dr Berg supplements. They don't spike blood sugar like some others do so it's easy to use them to do a 18-24 hour fast. This vitamin D3 helped my constant fatigue!!

This is essential for your bones. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and refused the drugs after doing extensive research. I've always taken vitamin D3 but never knew it doesn't get to your bones without K2. Instead of taking two separate pills this vitamin combines the two. In my research I found a study on what vitamins and minerals improve bone density. I take this one along with fish oil, magnesium glycinate, and strontium citrate. I a Should be doing weight bearing exercise along with these items. I only do walking 3 miles a day. After 2 years I no longer have osteoporosis but osteopenia. So my bones have improved.

I had bone spurs in between two fingers that are no longer there, since I've been taking this D3 with K2!! It really does what Dr. Berg says it would do!! I absolutely love it!! ❤️

Highly recommend!! I love Dr. Berg's products! I also watch his YouTube channel. I highly recommend this for anyone who is battling an illness. Since I started taking this product, I've had a lot more energy. I don't feel so tired, and rundown by the afternoon. The reason why I prefer Dr. Berg's products, is because he himself goes to the factories and does personal inspections of exactly what ingredients are being put into his products kudos to Dr.Berg!

I love Dr Berg supplements, they truly high quality. I also take his natural B1 and I can say that I can tell a big difference in my eye lashes. Im 68 and my lashes were short and thin. Now they have grown and are fuller.
