if u have trouble taking zinc Like I do, this one works well w my stomach.. so far all his supplements have been quality and easy to take.

I ordered this just in time! I found that I had no iron to speak of and knowing it HAD to be an absorption issue, I found out 1-2mg of copper for a month does just that! Well, after taking this product after only 1. 5 weeks, my iron shot back up to normal! Thank you for the great products!

I am in menopause. I take one capsule before bed. I also take one capsule of zinc before bed. Each night with different results. I will see what happens. Perhaps I need to increase the number of capsules.
