This product is great it's clean made of the finest product and not synthetic. I bought B1 plus Allithiamine with B complex blend. 60 capsules 1 pill easy to swallow. Dr. Berg is a knowledge Doc who I been listening to on you tube. I hurt my right leg and dealing with muscle pain and tissue healing and I felt that this would help because I really never taken any type of medicine. Been on it for almost two weeks and for sure I do have energy. Will update later in the future.
