Dr. Berg Electrolyte Powder - Variety Pack, 28 Electrolytes Powder Hydration Packets

I purchased these for when I travel and they work great! For my most recent long trip, I knew I was going to be putting on 10k steps a day and needed to be able to throw one or two of them into my bag or pocket so I can keep up on my electrolytes. They are small, convenient, and I even keep a couple in my console of my car for hot days. The higher potassium level that is available in these (we are supposed to have 4,000 mg of potassium a day!) is why I choose these over other electrolyte mixes. That said, I do wish there was more salt. (I know there is another version of Dr. Bergs, but they are not available in a variety pack.) I usually eat a higher-sodium diet when traveling anyhow, due to eating out, but at home, I add some unrefined sea salt to my water, too. I love that there are lots of flavors, too. I use the bulk powdered mix for when I am at home, as it costs less per serving, but having the same flavor gets old after having it day after day.

Love dr.Bergs electrolyte powders. It doesn't taste like soda, It taste good enough to swallow and use for my body to have the electrolytes it needs. I have to remember that the chemicals that I used to love the taste of, are not good for me!

I need to drink more water and these packets encourage and make that an easier process. I feel good about using these packets to hydrate and provide the necessary electrolytes to help me maintain better health.

best tasting i have ever had. will continue with this better health benefits too compared to other drink mixes.

for me it's too sweet so I used half in a bottle of water.... much better. but my little grand daughter 10 yrs old fell in love w this and asked for the rest of bag!

i love the flavores i do add it to more water and gives a hint of flavor

Best Ever! Just buy a couple bags Mixes in the bottle of water!

I'm not too impressed with these. The taste is terrible, with that bitter aftertaste that always comes with stevia. I don't notice any difference in hydration between this product and every other one on the market, except that these cost a little more. I think I'll stick with Liquid IV until I can find another brand that blows me away.

Doesn't taste very good. Takes a while to dissolve.
