Not for instant-gratification people
They're herbs, which is food, so let your medicine be your food and let your food be your medicine. Works with your lymph system which doesn't have a pump so it is best to use with exercise like jumping rope or a trampoline. But any exercise will help.

I love it totally!
The ingredients are geared to promote a better, a more normal levels of glands! It is highly recommended by my naturopathic doctor! Dr. Christophers formula follows traditional herbal practice; theres no added junk.
