Good and good for you but be careful it is hot!

Love it!
I never thought I'd get used to the hot burning sensation of Cayenne pepper in my mouth, but I did get used to it and now I'm using 2-3 droppers full every day in my herbal tea. At first I could only tolerate a couple of drops but it didn't take long to be able to adapt to more of it. It's great stuff and I believe in its healing qualities. There are paper back books you can buy about the wonders of Cayenne Pepper and I strongly recommend reading one or two of them because there's a lot of information to be had..

Love this product
Hot and spicy add it to anything for a kick and get the health benifits of Cayenne. Swansons has it for half the price I found it anywhere else!
