Definitely make you feel more calm and relaxed, this brand came recommended by our doctor: they looked at the ingredients and use for their children too I like the flavor as well It is very dense and chewy so it's best to suck on it a little first so it softens up and is easier to chew

I feel relaxed maybe within 15 minutes after taking one My son and I take this before bed The flavor is just like orange crème These are REALLY dense gummies They do get stuck in your teeth I can see how some people wouldn't enjoy how hard/chewy they are but I'm giving 5 stars because of how well they work and taste is exact

I believe this one sure does the trick! I have experienced better moods while take this supplement, and I believe my sleep quality is getting better. The texture of this gummy is… different. Very chewy/sticky. Wish it wasn't so, but I'm still happy with the result.
