Buy them and drop melatonin
I was looking to wean my daughter off melatonin (used sparingly but still). I did a google search for top OTC magnesium and this was one of the 2 Mary Ruth items listed. To my surprise it was a pick up item which made me even more happy. My daughters love the flavor. You can definitely tell when it starts kicking in. My girls who usually were crazy at 7:30/8 now get this stuff at 8 and by 8:15 they are slowly dozing off. I pair it with the nighttime multivitamin liquid and by 9 they are out and sleep all night. No attitudes or pissiness in the am.

Not Feeling The Feel of These Gummies!
I don't know if I would recommend these gummies or not. I have a 1 and 2 year old grandsons and NEITHER of the boys wanted to touch them after biting off the heads. Now, I will say that they both like and are used to "smooth" textured gummies and these had a coating of "sugar" or something over them. They look dull and are on the dry side. I am going to try one myself tonight. I may come back and update this, as I am not sure of the taste right now. But they don't "feel" the same as what my grands are used to, so they were wasted last night.

Kids didn't approve this gummy.
My kids doesn't like the taste of it, it taste like dried fruit. Now it will stay in my pantry until the expiry and goes in the garbage after . I would not recommend if your kids are really picky.

don't even bother
trying to find an alternative to melatonin. these taste absolutely awful and rather than help my kid fall asleep, she ends up even more restless and struggling. would not recommend. useless trash and a waste of money.

They don't work my daughter is 2 it says give one gummy she was bouncing off the wall more one I gave it to her .i gave her two she was running around even more the next time
