I love Dr. Mercolas products. They are generally great. This item I originally purchased on eBay in the seller said it was out of stock thank God I checked Walmart and it was a lot cheaper and of course it came a lot faster. This is a really good tool if you have diverticulitis.

I believe this is an excellent garlic supplement. Black garlic reportedly has higher amounts of the beneficial ingredient and that it is also fermented is thought to increase bioavailability. I also like it is packaged in a glass (vs. plastic) bottle.

I take this product to help with high bp. It's a quality product and I like the fact that its packaged in glass not plastic. Two a day also keeps the mosquitos off me in KY with no bug spray. I would recommend.

If you don't like the taste of black garlic, but want the benefits this is the way to go with added benefits, ease of use and budget friendly.

Having high BP I started using this and a couple of other supplements 6 months ago. My BP has been a steady 120/80.
