Although it doesn't have a taste I needed magnesium and this was recommended for me and not sure if I can feel any changes but I'll continue taking it

I really like this brand of magnesium i took 1 pill in the mid afternoon and i felt relaxed not tired like how others make u feel . I also felt warmth from it but it was a nice feeling and my pain had also subsided for a few hrs so this one is a plus thank you

This form of magnesium is supposed to help with headaches and diabetes. I can't verify that it does, but I rarely have a headache these days and my diabetes is gone. I just had a blood test in the normal range after years of being borderline diabetic. I take one of these caps in the a.m. and two other forms at night (bisglycinate helps you sleep). I would recommend this brand. it's a reputable company that doesn't use toxic additives in the supplements.

It personally is hard to pick exactly which one is best for you out they seem to be good!
