After reading the reviews about this product naturally helping someone's child with behavioral issues and after trying many other products, found this one that actually works! It's not a cure all, but it has definitely helped. Would recommend trying this product if child is struggling before resorting to medicating their behavioral issues. Not all magnesiums are of the same quality as this one seemed to actually make somewhat of a difference when the others didn't. Even though I love this product and doesn't seem to have any drawbacks, it doesn't replace the need for seeking a medical doctor's opinion or help. It just might prolong the need of using medication that might prevent them later on from being able to go into the military, possibly like Ritalin, which is said to be like a form of cocaine. I would strongly urge you to do your research before taking any action either way to make an informed choice. Also, urge you to consider conferring with a medical doctor to track any progress or the possible need for any medication in the future. I am so glad someone else's review led me to discover this wonderful product and for Walmart posting responses which has helped in sorting out the better quality products. You never know what product might make a difference in improving someone else's quality of life!
It really helps our daughter get sleep.
It helps with muscle cramps, as in my legs and feet. I recommend it. I will buy more.
Used in combination with Melatonin. We saw noticible improvement with falling asleep, staying asleep, and waking feeling rested within a week of daily use. highly recommend!

Not all the reviews are for the same product which is misleading. There are very few flavors I detest and raspberry is one of them, but these are not too overwhelming. I do not mind that they are shaped as a gummy bear, however, if you have young children they could easily be mistaken for candy, especially since it does not have a child-proof lid. That is my only concern/complaint right now and the only reason I dropped a star.
I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT! It was promised next day, never showed up!
