Dr. Scholl's Women's Diabetes and Circulatory Crew Socks, 6 Pack

I am very surprised by these socks, I am unsure if they are diabetic socks since I am not diabetic. They are not compression sock as stated when I ordered them but I love them. They actually keep my feet cool. I can never sleep wearing socks since my feet get too hot but I tried keeping these on when I went to bed and they were very comfortable. They are not tight and have not stretched or unraveled. I love them and wear them daily. They are 96% Polyester, 2% Spandex, 2% Other Fibers. They wash very well as I washed them before wearing them.

I am so happy with these socks! They are Dr. Scholl's Diabetes & Circulatory crew socks in black. Women's shoe sizes 4 - 10. I don't have diabetes but am often annoyed by my socks binding or rolling down. These do neither and are so comfortable that it's amazing. They are thin enough not to make shoes tight with extra fabric and are soft and supple. I often like to fold crew socks down similar to anklettes, and these stay put and are comfortable even then. No binding, no rolling. Just comfort and softness. I'd recommend these to anyone whether suffering from diabetes or circulatory problems or not. They're just plain nice socks and I anticipate that they will last a long time also due to the good company name. If for some reason, you should be dissatisfied; they are guaranteed. So there's no reason at all for anyone not to give these a try.

I got these socks as I have large ankles and legs. Regular socks always bind my legs leaving marks after I take them off. Dr Scholls are very comfortable and feel so good wearing them the entire day. They are not too thick or too thin. Perfect for year round wear. They stretch nicely. They also stay up so I’m not constantly having to pull them up because they have fallen down. I’ve washed and dried them in the dryer and they came out perfect. No shrinkage. Great product.

A lot of ankle socks are too tight at the top. I have varicose veins and besides that, it's uncomfortable to wear socks that gouge into your calves. These attractive, black socks are not too tight at all but they stay up just fine. They are really soft and lightweight. I like the blue line at the toes because it helps me pair them up out of the laundry. That way I don't confuse them with my other black socks. They are warm, and comfy and don't squeeze your calves in order to stay up. What's not to like about that? They might run a tiny bit long for my foot and I'm a size 8. I don't think they will shrink.

Mostly everyone knows the name Dr. Scholl’s and you think about feet, so I had to try Dr. Scholl’s Women’s Crew Socks that comes with 6 pairs. I am on my feet for most of the day and have a problem, my feet are cold all the time, so socks are constantly on my feet even when I sleep. Dr. Scholl’s socks are so soft and comfortable to wear and having the crew length keep my feet toasty and warm. These socks are not the tight fit that cut into your circulation and leave indent marks on your legs, because their made for Diabetes and Circulatory, and they don’t start rolling down to your ankle when you wear them. Dr. Scholl’s socks also control odor and moisture keeping your feet dry and no more gym smelling hamper either. Don’t worry about throwing them in the washer and dryer they hold their shape unlike other socks I have stuffed in my drawer my 6 pairs are black socks because I hate matching socks so much easier with black and I can also wear them as dress socks. I can’t say enough about how comfortable these socks are, their my favorite pairs of socks and along with my slippers on I now have “Happy Feet”!

I received these in exchange for an honest review. I am the lone caretaker of my 82 yo Mother who suffers greatly from severe neuropathy in her feet/legs & hands/wrists. The neuropathy has greatly affected her balance so she has to wear socks & shoes to accommodate her custom made braces. We are continually looking for comfortable socks & shoes, including those that provide warmth. It’s a nerve sensory issue that causes her a lot of pain & to her, her feet, legs & hands are always freezing. These socks provide her warmth & great comfort. She loves that they are thin, but feel soft & cushiony (her word) & most of all the seam at the toe line isn’t bulky. That is her usual complaint about socks is the bulky seam at the toe line causes her so much pain, even without shoes. With shoes she can’t tolerate those socks more than an hour or so & she’s in tears from the pain for many hours after the socks are removed. She wears these socks for more than 12 hours & walks more during the day. We are off to buy more, and have given away all her other “diabetic socks.” At 82 keeping her happy & comfortable is my mission & these socks have helped greatly. We are truly grateful to have received these. She said she would give these a million stars! No better recommendation than that!

I was very surprised to learn that these can function as compression socks. This is my second pack, they are so comfortable. They fit all the way up to my knee and help keep swelling to a minimum. They do not itch me the way the spandex compression socks do in the Florida heat. Very happy.

These Dr. Scholl socks are very soft and wash well. I like that they are not binding at the top on my calf but they do stay up nicely during the day, and I do a lot of walking. They are not too thick so they can be worn year-round. I wear a size 8 1/2 shoe and they are very roomy even though they say sizes 4-8 shoe size. Usually my athletic sock are a little tight and I have to pull them up tightly. These are very easy to get on and, if I pull them too high, the heel part will end up near my ankle. They don't seem like they will wear out like athletic socks which get looser as you wear them. I like the black for the cooler months and am hoping to find them in white for the warmer months.

These socks are tighter around the ankle than they should be. Anyone with thicker ankles would not be able to wear these. They are looser than regular socks but only slightly. Also, they got pilly after washing, but I just washed and dried them with my other clothes. I did not check the care instructions.

I do not have diabetes, but I do have eczema, which is why I bought these socks. They are extremely tight, rough on the skin and they do have seams. They are nothing like prior Dr. Scholl's diabetic socks that my family has purchased. Save your money. In fact, I would return them if I had a choice, but I had to wear a pair because I was desperate.
