Dr. Scholl's Women's Diabetes and Circulatory Crew Socks, 6 Pack

Dr. Scholl''s Diabetes & Circulatory Crew Socks are top quality. They are very well-made. No awful fat seam across the tops of the toes. So comfortable. I am not diabetic but I do have circulatory issues. Wearing these socks are very satisfying. They are not binding but fit snugly. The socks are high on the legs and stay up well. They hug the calves gently. They are sturdy enough to last a long time. I am fully enjoying the all day comfort they are providing my legs and feet. They are so soft and have a relaxed but comfortable fit. So happy I have them to wear every day.

Even though neither mom nor I are diabetic I have wanted to try wearing socks like these for quite some time. This was mainly due to the fact that we both lead relatively sedentary lifestyles. Mom is mostly wheelchair bound and my work involves being in front of the computer and answering telephone calls for almost eight hours. Though my mom does try to move out of her wheelchair to elevate her feet, her ankles and feet would tend to swell by the end of the day. Of course, this would mean constriction caused by any socks even when she wore low cut socks. Her primary care physician suggested that she wear compression stockings but it was too cumbersome for her to put these on by herself even with the use of her dressing aids. From the very first day, she was thrilled stating that they were easy to put on, extremely comfortable and they didn’t cause the same level of indentation as her other socks. I too noticed all of these aspects when I wore a pair and the best part was that they kept their shape. Usually when I wear socks they are bulky and hot or thin and do not keep my feet warm. However, in spite of these socks being lightweight they keep your feet feeling great not too hot or cold. The Dr. Scholl’s Circulatory Crew Socks are amazing!

I was very surprised to learn that these can function as compression socks. This is my second pack, they are so comfortable. They fit all the way up to my knee and help keep swelling to a minimum. They do not itch me the way the spandex compression socks do in the Florida heat. Very happy.

These Dr. Scholl socks are very soft and wash well. I like that they are not binding at the top on my calf but they do stay up nicely during the day, and I do a lot of walking. They are not too thick so they can be worn year-round. I wear a size 8 1/2 shoe and they are very roomy even though they say sizes 4-8 shoe size. Usually my athletic sock are a little tight and I have to pull them up tightly. These are very easy to get on and, if I pull them too high, the heel part will end up near my ankle. They don't seem like they will wear out like athletic socks which get looser as you wear them. I like the black for the cooler months and am hoping to find them in white for the warmer months.

I really like the way the Dr. Scholl's Women's Crew Sock, 6 Pack feel when I put them on. The soft feel of these socks is like no other the texture and feel are so comfortable. I like the size of these socks the fit just right. I wore these socks all day and they felt really good on my feet, my feet felt good all day they didn't get hot at all they made it very comfortable all day.

I received these in exchange for an honest review. I am the lone caretaker of my 82 yo Mother who suffers greatly from severe neuropathy in her feet/legs & hands/wrists. The neuropathy has greatly affected her balance so she has to wear socks & shoes to accommodate her custom made braces. We are continually looking for comfortable socks & shoes, including those that provide warmth. It’s a nerve sensory issue that causes her a lot of pain & to her, her feet, legs & hands are always freezing. These socks provide her warmth & great comfort. She loves that they are thin, but feel soft & cushiony (her word) & most of all the seam at the toe line isn’t bulky. That is her usual complaint about socks is the bulky seam at the toe line causes her so much pain, even without shoes. With shoes she can’t tolerate those socks more than an hour or so & she’s in tears from the pain for many hours after the socks are removed. She wears these socks for more than 12 hours & walks more during the day. We are off to buy more, and have given away all her other “diabetic socks.” At 82 keeping her happy & comfortable is my mission & these socks have helped greatly. We are truly grateful to have received these. She said she would give these a million stars! No better recommendation than that!

Really like these socks, but am unsure that my review is attaching to the right product. The socks I purchased are "DIABETES %26 CIRCULATORY", but are described as "COMFORT SIZE CREW" (not just "CREW"). There are several similar items and my sense is that the "comfort size crew" may no longer be available. I wear a 10 1/2 men's shoe, but these women's socks were big enough for me. The men's version were not made the same (much courser weave and much looser fit).

These socks are so soft and fit like a glove. I don't feel the seam at the toe at all. They stay up and don't cut into your leg at all. They are very well made, nice crew socks. I have the black and I wear a size 10 shoe. Con: I can not say I think these are compression socks. My feet and legs felt no different after wearing them several days than when I wear regular socks. I would recommend them for those looking for a well made, soft, great fitting crew sock.

These socks are fairly comfortable, but feel almost ‘slick’. No cotton in the content, and though I ordered the larger size, they still dug into my legs at the top, and I don’t have particularly large legs. The photo shows the indented line a half hour after I took them off! I can’t recommend them.

I do not have diabetes, but I do have eczema, which is why I bought these socks. They are extremely tight, rough on the skin and they do have seams. They are nothing like prior Dr. Scholl's diabetic socks that my family has purchased. Save your money. In fact, I would return them if I had a choice, but I had to wear a pair because I was desperate.
