I have been using this supplement, along with making smart food decisions, for 2 yrs %26 to tell you the truth I have seen no weight loss. Now "maybe" it has kept me from gaining a lot more weight, don't know, but it certainly hasn't helped me lose weight.

I ordered the box of four car blocker because it was the best price for this product to order in bulk when I received the box there was only two items in the box. One was the car blocker. The other was the sugar spike blocker which is for diabetics, which is absolutely useful to me since I am not diabetic. I was told by walmart.com that this is packed by a third-party. They did a refund which was super convenient but buyer beware when you're ordering this product. I feel like the mistake to package two items in a box which are not even a part of the order was deliberate to make money off of customer definitely will not re-order
