It is well packaged. It is soft. It seems to function well. How good it is for the septic tank, or sewer systems of the world...well you would have to go talk to your local plumber and sewer system representative s on that subject.

This is an adequate base for very light duty work on soft wood, like making a small picture frame or something along those lines. It comes with several useful guides for different kinds of work, BUT it doesn't come with any bits, not even a simple cut-off bit. It would be a better value if it came with at least a single 1/8" straight router bit to start with. The Dremel router bit kits does cost twice what this attachment costs, so expect sticker shock when you receive this and realize you need to spend a lot more just to use it. The construction is OK for the light duty work it is intended for and for the $25 price tag.
