I use them primarily in plastic and soft metal items, drilling and reaming out holes in blocked venturis and filters.

If you want to drill through soft metals or wood easily, these will definitely get the job done. Stay away from any metals harder than around the aluminum hardness range (such as steel, they'll just spin and glow red and leave you with a small dent). The only slight downside is the necessary collet size decreases along with the drill bit diameter.

I used one. I drilled a hole. Still in one piece. Hope to drill another hole.

I have used these drill bits before and they are excellent. My low rating has to do with the fact that I did an online order with ship to store. They were supposed to be at the store on a Friday - according to my email but were not available when i went to pick them up. I sculpt and was trying to finish a piece for a client and it really put me in a bind getting it done. I had to extend my day of delivery to my client which makes me look unreliable.
