This is a great product for quick hydration. I carry them in my vehicle along with water and hand them out to individuals I see that look like they need some hydration(army combat medic). Wow! This product is the best! And the berry flavor is delicious! I no longer drink any alcohol without having a DripDrop before or after to help me avoid the inevitable dehydration headaches. Berry is by far the most potent of the Drip Drop flavors. Which, when you are a bunch of miles out into the middle of no where with a bunch more miles to go isn't the worst thing to find in the bottom of your bike bag. Just pop it into the last half of a water bottle and a little while later you are jamming on all cylinders again.

I've used a lot of oral rehydration packets before and it seems like DripDrop has hit all the marks but has no down side like many brands, such as too much sugar or really fake-tasting flavors. I have POTS, so staying hydrated is one of the most important things for me to keep my blood pressure stable. Water isn't enough, and this is what I chug during a flare when I need IV fluids but don't have access. I actually drink it regularly but make sure to drink it before, during, and after exercise to help my orthostatic intolerance. For those in the dysautonomia community, this is a game changer!
