Just buy it
I bought this due to GI issues where I had to sleep propped up. I am so thankful for it. It is wide enough and supportive enough to do the job. I still put my regular pillow on top of it, but it's enabled me to sleep in my bed instead of a recliner chair. Much better than using 3-4 pillows which is what I had before.

Convenient and has worked well
It helps me rest after surgery. I'm not a typically a back sleeper and I'm able to fall asleep on my back when using this.

Th pillow is very firm, great for support. The pillow case doesn't fit so well. Takes a few days for it to actually take shape. Overall it is good and suffice the purpose.
