Exactly as described
I wanted this to add to my morning smoothie. I can't distinguish the taste after adding it in with fruit. I do have joint issues and I haven't seen improvement but I'm ok with that. Maybe it just takes more time.

GREEN TEA EXTRACT MIX IN LIQUIDS
GREEN TEA HAS MANY BENEFITS. GREEN TEA IS BETTER FOR YOU THAN BLACK TEA. JUST ADD 2 PUMPS TO A DRINK (ORANGE JUICE, GREEN TEA, COFFEE) . I'M THINKING OF ADDING IT TO COCONUT MILK OR A CITRUS SODA. I 'VE ONLY HAD IT FOR A FEW DAYS AND I THINK YOU WOULD NEED A FEW WEEKS TO SEE ANY BENEFITS. I HAD TO WAIT FOR SOME OTHER ITEMS TO ADD TO THE DRINKS. SINCE IT IS LIQUID, IT SHOULD BE ADSORBED EASELY.
