I absolutely love 💕 this shower 🚿 I love that you can have the rain fall and handheld together or separate had no problem with water pressure it was easy to put together I'm 74 and 5' tall if I can do it you can too you won't regret this shower at all

I installed this shower head a couple weeks ago. Installation was pretty easy. The directions were clear. I love the rainfall shower head. It's nice just to stand under it and wake up. The handheld head has several different settings. They work well together on sore muscles.

this is a great cheap shower head option! it looks expensive and had great water pressure! the only downside side is after a couple months some of the holes that guide the water have shifted, but nothing crazy or inconvenient! i would buy again!

For the price that I paid, I was very surprised of the quality of the product. The product was also very easy to install. I bought it for my daughter's bathroom and she loved it. Now my wife wants me to install the second one in our bathroom.

My only issue it leaking in the diverter valve other then that I love it easy assembly is a little cheap but it's only 19.99 get what you pay for but I like it only don't like the smalll little leak on the top where it all connects (no it's not me I promise I know what I'm doing)

fantastic value for the price! Its a bit challenging to install as you really have to load heavy on Teflon tape as the connections will leak even with the gaskets. you have to tweak the adjustments to get it straight and it stll has a small leak. if on a budget buy it just be patient installing it

The adhesive sticker to keep the hand help does not stay and came off after a few use. Steam and moisture apparently affected it. The assembly was not very clear. You will need a knowledgeable person to do the installation. It is not ment for small shower space. It takes up the sapce, and it hangs lower no matter how high you set it up.

To start off, the diverter piece was stripped so I had to order a universal replacement that cost $25! It was about the first of July before I even got it installed. By the end of September the center of the shower head just popped! So now it has a hole in center of the shower head the size of a pea. And “rain” around you is a mist. You have to stand directly under the hole or just use the hand held. It was great until the center popped out. I can't recommend buying something that will only last 2-3 months. Don't waste your time installing this or your money buying it.

The rain shower head drips no matter how it is positioned. The connector has to be turned to the right after putting it on to prevent leaks while using. The installation instructions are not very detailed. The timeframe to return the shower head has passed and now I am stuck with it. The handheld shower head is great it's the installation and rain shower head that was the issue for me.

This arrived in a box. There were absolutely no instructions. Not a picture or invoice to be found anywhere in the contents. I had to search online to even find a picture. The plastic is flimsy, if you dropped it would crack that is how flimsy. Very disappointing and a waste of money. It even was missing the washers and a needed part for the handheld..
