Installed this into my 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche. I usually prefer Pioneer or Kenwood units. My most important requirement was a radio with wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto. Those units are typically $500 and above. I found this Dual unit and it had great reviews so I decided to try it myself. This Dual radio has full integration with the iDatalink Maestro so I was able to keep my steering wheel controls, reverse cam, light level illumination and all other factory features. The wireless Carplay hasn't skipped a beat, always connects quickly, and stays connected at all times. I've never lost Carplay connection in high populated wi-fi areas (ie: downtown Milwaukee) like I have with my other high-end radios. The screen is nice and crystal clear, the EQ works great and the user interface is never laggy. This radio also does perfect on bluetooth connection with your cell phone if you don't use Carplay or Android Auto. Overall, excellent radio and would recommend to others.
It looks very nice after replaced my old car stereo. It was east to install. Just follow the instructions to connect the optional harness. Sounds pretty good and apple car play is working great. It’s really worth the money.
Everything good so far . The adapter was like a 100 bucks . Still can’t figure out how to pair to cars odb2 reader
Works as described. Easy install with a separate wiring harness that isn’t included. A nice cost effective upgrade for an older pickup!
Sounds great and links instantly to my Android Auto. The voice command is a very good. Only wish it had an internal built in microphone, but the external mic works perfectly. JCM
i love this radio
Great so far. 2013 Silverado. Retained steering wheel controls etc. great unit for the price can’t beat it. Hasn’t disconnected yet. Make sure you put the gps antenna with a clear view of the sky. Had mine in the dash at first and it was way off when using wireless CarPlay navigation. Relocated to the windshield on top next to the mirror. Only thing I’ve noticed when recalculating your route it takes a while to notice where you are currently at and may have you on a side street or on top of houses according to the map.
it stop working after less then for month what a peice of crap
USB doesn't read usb flash drives I tried 4 different ones
this item was defective upon purchased has no power went to two different installers and both determined the product is defective
