This was a great dashboard kit. My radio fit in it very nice it was snug and work great.

the directions could be better,but over all im very pleased.

It fit perfectly in my Dakota and looks great! Holds the stereo solidly.

I use it in my van for my Bluetooth GPS mainly when traveling to perform at music festivals nationally %26 it connects quickly, and works very well. Haven’t had an issues with it so far.

It came as expected however my particular box I think was a return and had missing pieces that I needed.

Though it is recommended by google, chat gpt, and grok for my pioneer radio, does not work for a double din to single din conversion. Had to make some minor alterations with the brackets.

The "support" was just as disappointing as the purchase. This is my second review as I was prompted by Walmart to provide another. My original issue remains: I was misled by an associate who assured me no parts were missing from this open-box item, he stated they would not sell an open box item with missing parts, he said its usually missing the instructions and usually the packaging is too damaged to resell at actual cost. I trusted what he said and went on with the purchase, only to find a critical installation piece for my double-din stereo was missing. To make matters worse, the associate only disclosed that the sale was 'final' after I had already paid. Following my first review, I was contacted via email by 'DJ' to 'make it right' and told to call 1-800-966-6546. However, that number led to a AI assistant that couldn't connect me to a person or handle my refund request. Very frustrating having to go in a loop with its responses and request of how it can help me. I also replied to the email directly and have received zero response. At this point, the 'concern' feels performative. I still feel scammed by the initial sale and now ignored by their support team. Save yourself the headache and avoid open-box items here." At this point, I've decided to simply accept the loss and move on.
