Honest review it’s I run powerful subs so I wish there was more audio settings. I didn’t want to pay what the other contenders want. This is a good radio love everything about it besides one thing I wish it had cross overs!

Yes you could go spend $600 on a nice head unit with all the bells and whistles. But if that was the case you wouldn't be looking at this. If your like me and cant justify spending $600 on a head unit to listen to music on going to and from work. Then this is the best unit you can buy. Like anything Walmart sells you might get a dud but mine was perfect right out the box. Pay attention to the install manual and wire colors as yours may vary on your vehicles harness kit. I installed this on my commuter car ( 2009 Mini Cooper) and it fit perfectly. The car is super small and to no surprise so is the head unit compartment. The radio fit perfectly with the after market harness behind it. So if your tight on space and don't listen to CD's anymore then go with this unit. The Android Auto works perfectly and love the layout with my GPS on the left and Spotify on the right. The google assistant works better on the radio then on my phone! Also the I like how the background has multiple wallpapers you can set and you can turn off the internal AMP. Overall the had unit feels like a $300 unit as the touchscreen can have a delay when trying to navigate. But this is minimal and other features make up for this. For the Price you really can't go wrong with this unit. PRO TIP!! Install the GPS antenna as it helps with the android auto and apple car play. I installed mine on the dash by the bottom of the windshield and it works perfectly. It is also not that noticeable and looks like its part of the car. I do suggest running dedicated power from battery or fuse box to the yellow wire on this unit and not to the harness. Most vehicles do not have constant power to the radio. This will solve the issue with the date and time not being stored or EQ settings resetting. I have installed plenty of radios in the 18 yrs I have been tinkering on cars for and just like all the others its super simple to install as long as you pay attention. Also if you are installing a aftermarket amp for the speakers make sure to ground the radio to the car and not the harness. Also use higher quality RCA cables this will eliminate or reduce a ground loop issue. Some people leave reviews to complain about how they installed it wrong and now it doesn't work. Others leave reviews because of incentives, I leave reviews to help people like me get the info they actually care about. Plus I only write reviews when I feel its necessary and not for promotions.

It’s a small bit laggy but so are most stereos. Is no perfect by any means but overall works great. Installed this in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma and I have everything I need with Apple CarPlay whether it’s navigating Spotify or Apple Maps without having to look at my phone! Connects to Apple CarPlay almost instantaneously. Everything I need personally

Radio OS is slow. When I tap an app on the Touch Screen it take almost 15 to 30 seconds to switch to the app. Radio start up takes about as long. WiFi connection to the phone has low siglnal and cuts out often, had to go into developer setting on my phone to disable it. Tapping the AI button is slow and volume on it and Waze is very low. If I had it to do over again, I would buy a more expensive brand and stay away from Dual. On the plus side, the sound out of the unit to my speakers is great.

Looks nice, decent price but Poor sound quality. ….Glitchy. When streaming music the screen switches back and forth to what’s playing and the main menu…this morning radio randomly wouldn’t work. Planning to return it.

Does what I need it to do but has some intermittent issues with phone connection and has to reset from time to time.

This is by far the worst car stereo I have ever owned. Touch is not accurate. The screen resolution is crappy. But the most frustrating part is that I cannot disconnect my phone from Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. I turn it off on my phone and it turns back on and reconnects. I turn it off on the stereo and IT TURNS RIGHT BACK ON. I am NEVER buying a Dual stereo ever again. I bought better stereo's on TikTok for $50.

the stereo turns on and off on its own all wires are soldered together with silver solder and shrink tube. its android auto sucks and needs mobile Hotspot to work correctly. i missed the return date as i work out of town so now it just suts in its box . its junk do not buy.

ordered this from the walmart closest to my house. it is not the same one i ordered. also it is used with scratches all over it. how can that even be?!?!?!?!
