Duda Energy Dense Sodium Carbonate, 99.8+% Purity - pH Adjuster for Pools, Spas, and Dishwashers, 10 lb Bag

This order was sent to me by mistake because I never ordered it. I was notified that my order was received. I sent message that I did not order this item and wanted to cancel order to this third party seller Duda Energy through Walmart site but before I got response I received email that it had shiipped. I tried to return it but Duda Energy informed me that I could return it but have to pay for return shipping. It cost less tan $25 and return shipping would be $12 by UPS ground. I tried to return at Walmart store but was informed that I could not return through Walmart since it was bought from third party seller. After exchanging 4 messages with the seller without their agreement to refund my money plus shipping and Walmart store not returning item I have decided to keep item. I told Duda Energy customer support that if we could not come to an agreement I would give them a bad review on Walmart site. If I had wanyted to buy this item I would have ordered it through my Amazon Prime and had better experience. My warning is be careful about buying any third party merchandise over Walmart site!

Was wondering if this would dissolve easily and completely. It did in just seconds. It took about 8 tablespoons for the hot tub, to raise the Ph about .3 to .4 points. 450gals. The swimspa took about 1/2 to 3/4 cup to bring it to 6.3 Ph. All is good now.

great value to get 5 bags at a better price per bag. the product dissoves righ away in water. and lowers ph effectively. resealable bags are a plus, and a lot easier to work with.

I use this to prepare fabric for dye. The product works well and it's easy to measure and use. Overall, very good value for the price. I'll buy it again in a few months.

prompt delivery, quality product to do the job, ease of online order
