Nice cake box kit. Easy to make and almost everything is included in box. My granddaughter loves to make a cake with her dad; great way to spend quality time together. I also purchase for my other adult son who leaves in apt. He doesn't need to buy or make a whole cake, these cake boxes are nice because they are small than a regular cake box. I happily recommend this item.

Very interesting cake mix. The only cake I have ever made in under 10 minutes total, from opening the box to mixing the ingredients and microwaving the cake itself. Tastes really great and is just the right size for one person or a small family. It says it has 4 servings, but I have cut it into 6 servings which were substantial and tasty. I liked it so much, I ordered 2 more boxes after the original order. Hope they continue making this product. Also nice that I don't need a seperate pan and the baking vessel is included in the box.

These Duncan Hines cake mixes are delicious and easy to make. The cakes are the perfect size without having to make a large cake. The 3 ingredients are readily available: 1 egg, 2 Tablespoons oil, 3 Tablespoons water. Bakes about 30 minutes. The mix comes with its own disposable pan, so no greasing or washing a pan. It comes with a frosting packet as well.

We absolutely love these! They are perfect for my daughter and I to share and since they're smaller than a regular cake mix we never end up wasting any. Wish these came in more flavors.

I purchased this to make with my grandbaby since it is a kit. Wanted small cake, it comes with the mix, the pan and the frosting so you have everything you basically need except some milk and an egg. This is the perfect kit for beginning bakers!

Made the cake with almond milk instead of water. 3 mins in 1000 Watt microwave. Cake came out moist and delicious. I, personally, found the icing tasty as well contrary to the many negative reviews. Give it a chance. If you're not super picky and remember this is a $2 microwave treat .. you will love it! My granddaughters loved it too! Enjoy! Hope this review helps you pick a treat!

A very quick %26 easy dessert, %26 quite tasty. I mix it right in the enclosed pan, then bake. I've even baked it in a toaster oven. You should know that it's a pretty small cake..2 people, maybe 4. I'd rather it was the size of a regular 1-layer cake. It's good, though!

I microwaved the cake vs baking in the regular oven. I used a 1000 watt microwave and followed their directions - next time will cook about 10 seconds less. I used milk instead of water to make the cake and added about a teaspoon of real vanilla. Overall tho a bit dry, it did taste fairly good. The frosting is very thick and will try heating it for a few seconds before using it again to see if that will help it spread better.

I call this my "fake cake". If you want a quick sweet for a snack or dessert, it works. Nothing fancy, and eat it all in one sitting because it doesn't keep well.

Horrible artificial yellow color, horrible taste, "chocolate" frosting had a waxy texture, tasted nothing like chocolate. Like my mother before me, I had been a lifelong fan of Duncan Hines products. I threw away the second box. So disappointed.
