this item is awesome! the patient or person just has to raise there head a little to get it under the head. But ya it help them feel so much better and clean! it has a drain on it to go into a bucket or bowl. ya love it!

The inflatable shampooer was of good quality, and had easy set-up along with entirely no mess from start to finish for shampooing an elderly person while in bed.

Love it! Perfect size, holds up head without collapse and comfortable for the patient. Would like the drain tube to be a bit longer, and maybe made of a hose type material that would not kink. Very sturdy vinyl construction.

Works great for person who cannot get out of bed

I ordered this to wash my mother's hair - she is bed-ridden in a nursing home. This item worked very well for our needs. The only complaint I would have is the drain hose is made from a really thick plastic type material and it was kinked for shipment. It is very difficult to get the kinks out of it to use for draining making the draining process somewhat cumbersome. Other than that I really like the product - works very well for its intended purpose.

So far, so good. I have washed my loved ones hair several times. I found it easy to use. The pieces that form the top section on either side of where her neck falls needed me to cushion with fluffy wascloth to keep the plastic from poking sides of her neck, but it gets the job done with no mess!

Just recently received the bed shampooer. Only problem was drain tube was severely kinked, had difficult time draining Water from it. Will have to run extremely hot water thru it to see if I can get kinks removed
