Same quality I've used for many years
I've used this for many years on my old Dymo and they work so well. I label everything around the house where we're all ADHD and it's helped so much. I love that it's plastic so I don't have to worry about labels getting wet and being gross. My autistic toddler loves her name printed out on these, she makes things out of the words I give her.

The machine is easy to use. Its labels are easy to peel if you figure out the trick. “Fold them in half, lengthwise “ The instructions probably say that but I'm a man…”

had to review do to buyers error
I bought the wrong one and had to return this so I didn't actually use it but it got great reviews online and I did my homework before purchasing the label maker

I didn't see the "paper" on the refill. It's not as durable as the plastic label tape. I will be sure to double and triple check the next time I order/buy.

It was a fault of my own but the paper label only stick to well.. paper. I got this to label other things and to make it work I had to put tape on it. You still would think that it would stick to plastic but it doesn't. Just pay attention to the one you grab

Misleading if you buy the 2 pack
If you buy the 2 pack, it changes from the white plastic type to the white paper type. I wanted plastic not the dingy paper type. Will be returning today.

Customer service
I keep trying to get a refund because it was delivered to the wrong address, but I keep getting denied a refund. This stuff isn't cheap so it's aggravating to not get that money back.
