My old Dymo broke after many yrs of use. I was delighted to find they still make this style with the plastic tapes. These tapes are the only thing I've found to hold up to the weather to tag plants outside. The other type fade after a few months and the permanent markers are anything but.
Excellent product that is well worth the money.
I saw this from a scrapbook youtube video. I have a bluetooth label printer and it goes off line about 50% of the time driving me nuts. This is an old fashion and no going off line. It's a no frills and the sticky labels really sticks well. I use it to label stuff for when I travel and also for the spice shelf. It's also great for organizing the office. The refills are super cheap also. One of the best buys!
It has been since dirt was invented that I have used one of these! I needed something to label items I placed in the freezer since I have eliminated 90% of the plastic I use and switched to mostly glass (for health reasons that have turned into VERY budget friendly items-as well as environmental). I still use a few pieces of (always has been and always will be) BPA free Tupperware. I didn't want the problems associated with label removal when I thawed out an item. It was very easy to figure out and brought back memories of my childhood. There's every letter, number symbol that you will need to choose from on this thing. If you need one get this one - you never know when it might come in handy. I can't believe someone still makes them!!!
Im obsessed with my new embossing label maker! It makes the perfect, cute little labels for anything you need! So far, Ive made labels for our dish and hand soap for our kitchen! I learned pretty quickly that the trick with it is to press the trigger hard and hold it down for about 2 seconds and you will get perfectly clear and crisp letters!
best product - never have dead battires, no wrong font - never lose the program , and will always work in every temperature,
the product came in very good condition and it works perfectly. Also for something as efficient like this it was actually a very reasonable price and easy to use.
This is my second DYMO label maker. I didn't buy the first one so I'm not sure how long they last. I had to buy a new one because the tape started to get stuck in the feed. I tried everything I could to clear it out. It would work for one letter then get stuck again. Finally, I decided to buy a new since the price is quite low. The second DYMO label maker works great...but it's brand new.
This label maker worked okay at first. Then, little pieces of tape were getting stuck inside and interfered with the embossing. Also, the letter were spaced too far apart compared with my old model. Decided to buy the Pro model to replace this. Spend a couple more dollars and get the Pro model. It works much better.
I didn't want to give it even one star. I had one when I was a kid and loved it. My son got one and it broke so I thought I'd try and buy him another one. This one broke on one usage. The other one lasted for about two usages. Now we have rolls of labels that will never be used. Such a waste of money. They sure are made cheaply now. The one I had as a kid was made well.
