DynaTrap Twist ON/OFF ½ Acre Mosquito and Insect Trap - Black

A friend suggested purchasing a DynaTrap for mosquito control. We just moved to a house on a lake and the mosquitoes were bad. I love this product! I have not gotten bit at my house but do at other areas in the neighborhood.

We have the dynatrap inside our house and have it running all night. It is very quiet, you barely hear it at all. If a mosquito gets into the house, which is hard to avoid when you are in a tropical climate, it gets attracted to the dynatrap and gets sucked in.

This is our second Dynatrap. Our first one finally died and we can't go without it. It changed out cabin from not being able to sit out side to very comfortable. We turn it on in spring and it runs 24/7. It WORKS!!! Mosquitoes love me and I can actually sit outside.

Great investment! After a very rainy spring, the mosquitos were so thick, we could not use our backyard. After two days of continuous use, we are mosquito free!

Easy to hook up with three different options. Humane way to deal with them without the loud popping and arcing of fried bugs. Didn't expect the bulbs to need replacement every four months. Comes with three bulbs, enough for the first year.

Setup was easy. I opened it after the first day just to see what it was catching. A few live ones escaped but I was pleased with what it was catching. I turned it back on and am leaving it. I will empty it once a week as suggested.

This device is highly overrated. It apparently does not catch the small fast variety of mosquitoes we have in Maryland. It did catch a lot of little moths but you cannot empty the trap without releasing all the bugs that are still alive.

Doesn't work well at all, hardly any bugs were dead in the bottom after using for a month. I returned it.

I am really sorry this is the insect trap we selected. It works for some flying insects but it does not work at all with the mosquitoes. Very disappointed!

Trap lasted less than a week! I set it up in my backyard under the porch. The first two or three days didn't catch much. Now on the third day it caught a few bugs but on the fourth day the bulb was out! Fan was the only thing running.
