I like having the switch on the base rather than at the top of the lamp. I use it on my bedside nightstand and can easily reach the switch while lying down. It took a while to find this style, but I'm glad I was able to finally find it. Because the LED light is not replaceable, an earlier lamp I had was "converted" by cutting off the cord and then sticking a puck light on the head for a highly portable lamp for working puzzles.

I bought this light for my mother. She loves that she can focus the light on the counter to read and write with a brighter light. The cord is of a nice length, very sturdy, base has sufficient weight, gooseneck is easy to adjust to where you need the light, and the light is plenty bright enough. Overall, a great value for the money and it looks modern as well.

This lamp turned out to be the perfect size for where I use it, at the kitchentable. You can bend the light in the direction you like. The light is very bright. The base is heavy so it will not fall over. One button turn on and off is perfect. My husband love it. He has low vision and needs a good light when he reads or works on a project.

I had the same lamp for several years until the light went out. That's when I realized you can't replace bulb. Lamp wasn't expensive and it lasts a very long time. Worth replacing.

I've had 4 of these lamps on 24/7 for over 7-10 years.,...so long ago I can't remember!,...after a bunch of years I thought perhaps they were lasting so long was because by not using the on/off switch, there was little to wear out.,...so I'm replacing my other lamps with these.,...these lamps are a real value for the $!👍🏽

My desk is dark with no built-in lights. This lamp provides very good lighting for the desktop and allows me to read and do my work.

Fantastic amount of light that takes up very little room on the desk. It is great that you can adjust the light in whatever direction that you need it.

This desk lamp is great for students the lighting is great.and reading time wiyh your favorite book. My son love his lamp. this is the 2nd for him. after years.

I had one of these before for 7 years and it had a longer neck. Now the price is $7 more than I paid. I'm disappointed about that. Otherwise, you never have to change a bulb. It doesn't use much energy. Good quality.

The sliver light shade is plastic, not metal as listed. I've been searching for this shaped lamp in "metal" for a while. Very dissapointed.
