Overall, I'm happy with my purchase of these cameras. Took us a minute to figure out the phone connection setup but that was the hardest part. The motion sensors can be adjusted for sensitivity (which is great in Autumn) and the picture quality is pretty good like (480p - 720p). 2 way audio and there's a manual record feature! I read a lot of negative reviews on these previous to mine coming. Please don't let them put you off from purchasing. I don't know what all the squawk is about. They all connected to my 5G WIFI within a minute, and are working perfectly. I didn't even take the Cloud Subscription, and opted to use SD cards for them. Motion detection was so high, my phone was blowing up with notifications (during a snow storm)but you can turn sensitivity down in settings, or even shut motion detection off if you wish, and that was very helpful. Although the instructions sent in the box, wasn't extremely helpful (very small print, and difficult to follow) once you have the app, it walks you through step by step for easy connection. Over all, I'm very pleased with them.

Product seemed easy to set up. But it cannot be placed in anything with a glass cover as the lights from the Camera reflects off the glass and doesn't pic up any movement

I purchase this item because my mother recomendéis it to me. I purchased for my house and the image quality is no good. I switched the wifi speed and still having a very poor image. No good this.

the product purchased was a light bulb security camera. The cameras worked for one week. The second week both cameras stopped working. The cameras both failed to give the audible instructions that you were setting them up correctly. The Basslop manufacturers have not responded to my problem.

My package was delivered late. It was sent in a paper package.Which looked like it was run through the garbage disposal. It was opened and resealed. Inside the box wouldn't close all the way. All the guts of the inside of a new item was gone. Outside wrap IS gone. THESE ARE NOT NEW. THEY ARE USED.

The cámara can't connect to WiFi and is difficult to set up with the app. I won't recommend it buying this. I was disappointed beauties it's seems like it should be easy to install but is actually difficult to get it to work with your phone and doesn't connect to WiFi!

couldn't get them to sinc with any of the five cells in my household. Walmart store wasn't going to refund because is up to market place seller who refused to respond to messages and has a incorrect number listed as their contact so took 6 weeks to supposedly get a refund that still has not made it back ti my account so beware!!!

Can't use without accepting premium plan and signing up for monthly service. Then cancel within 30 days if you don't want it. I bought two cameras and the plans are for five cameras minimum. Not happy to be locked into something that I cannot test for free.
