Both my husband and I take the Earth Harmony Lions Mane Mushroom supplement daily. We both have improved sleep, are sleeping more soundly to dream state, and as a major plus or me, it has helped immensely in decreasing my anxiety. I received this product for free. Before beginning to take this supplement, I did a bit of research on Lion's Mane. I'm definitely someone who will opt for natural remedies and supplements, but I always want to check that even natural supplements are going to be beneficial so I'm not taking something unnecessarily. After researching, I honestly wish I would have started taking this supplement years ago! Wow! I need cognitive support—especially memory and focus. I also have inflammation issues and this helps with that, too! It even has the potential to support gut health and inflammation in your digestive tract. Some research even shows that it can protect against h.pylori! (So if you drink or are prone to ulcers, this could help) last but not least, this can stimulate nerve regeneration.
