i drank this everyday the last few weeks of my pregnancy and i think this helped contribute to my quick labor! and it tastes good too! definitely recommend

It tastes just like black tea! My cramps were toned down by about 75% with this. I normally have moderate cramps, I’m not sure the effect on intense ones. But I feel more relaxed and less tense. I also had right sided pelvic pain that went away as soon as I started. (I got an ultra sound and an exam) so I’m not vouching this is a cure for PID or any other health conditions. Just general unsolved pings.

My favorite raspberry leaf tea. Doesn't have any extra things which I love, some companies add in things like hibiscus. Takes a while to steep but is worth the wait. I used this during pregnancy and menstrual cycle. Tastes great with a bit of honey and milk but also great on its own

This tea helps tremendously with my cramps and the duration of my cycle. It makes your cycle shorter. I would definitely say get it all of the symptoms of your cycle the bloating, the headache it helps with.

The tea itself, without all the hype from other moms, is terrible. It did NOTHING for my delivery BUT it has been a godsend through my postpartum recovery. I don’t have any cramping, I feel like it has helped my milk production a little, and my mood is pretty stable. So not a win for delivery but a HUGE win for postpartum. However, every pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum cycle is different for every woman and baby. Try it out and see how it can work for your body.

This really helps with strengthening your uterus for birth.

It’s an amazing product I started drinking it at 39w and my labor and delivery was a breeze!! Highly recommend my contractions were almost nonexistent to the point I thought I wasn’t even in labor lol . Great product 10/10 highly recommended

Great if you want to start drinking this everyday. I just wish there was more instructions. I know with other brands, it’s one cup per one tea bag but why not just put that on the box?

This item was recommended on line for people who have hard to deal with cramping during that monthly time so I purchased after several great reviews and asked the person I gave it to what do they think…. Their response was it doesn’t have a taste however I notice that their cramping wasn’t as severe as months before so yes I recommend it to notice they are moving about where normally they wouldn’t says a lot about this product

I love this tea, but this was supposed to come with 16 bags and it only came with 8. It's expensive enough, so that was frustrating.
