Only a clipping, not a 1 qt plant
Certainly should not be described as a 1 qt plant, more like a rooted clipping. The root ball is the size of a small lemon and the greenery is less than 4 inches in height. Though the greenery looks healthy, it certainly isn't as described in the product description.
