These bands provide terrific results for someone who doesn't want to have to pay a lot of money for a fitness training place! I could hardly believe how easy it was to use these things. In the past, I avoided them thinking that something so inexpensive would never work, but I was wrong, and because of that, my 'assumption' cheated me out of a lot more time that i could have spent using these!

These bands come in 2 sizes and are very sturdy so far the bigger one stretches a lot so it's good to use them in intervals I guess. I have no knowledge of working out routines or anything but I'm a squats enthusiast. It's fun to use and so far good quality. It says to not wash them tho! So I'll make sure to follow their instructions.

If you are looking for something to help tone your legs, butt area then these are the bands to use when you're doing donkey kicks. I prefer the blue one over the red one because the blue offers more resistance. The red is so lose it's like I don't even have it on. You can definitely feel your muscles working more while using the blue.

i needed these desperately bc i needed to start working my core to get rid of my lower belly fat from having my little girl. i am disabled so im a fall risk and cant use these standing, but i can do modified seated exercises. i put this under the two front legs of my shower chair, to where its under the seat and on top of my knees, and i do daily 30 reps of seated captains chair exercises. its working out very well for me and it makes me feel better. i am also highly allergic to latex of any kind, and these where listed as not containing any natural rubber latex so i really appreciated that. perfect for my needs!!

I really like these resistance bands. I love the fact that they are fabric, so they are less likely to tear. They are really strong and offer great resistance. Having the two different strengths allows me to adjust as necessary depending on the workout and how much resistance I want. I highly recommend these bands.

Good quality, doesn't hurt, is comfortable. These are a really nice material and feel really well made. This bands works pretty well. These are simple elastic workout bands; they are for resistance exercises. You can also wear them around your house (depending on your size) for a nice workout as you do your chores. There are various simple exercises to be performed while wearing these and... they actually give you a very good workout. These bands are highly durable and stay in place really well and I haven't had any problems with them sliding around on skin or clothing and they are highly durable so don't even worry about getting too rough with these. he price is also very affordable and honestly a deal, considering their high-quality. They can also easily be wiped clean if needed or even hand-washed and hung to dry. There is no doubt you are going to seeing results after consistent use. Its nice that it comes with a photo guide of some exercises to help get you started. The fact that these are truly nonslip is amazing. The bands thickness is comfortable too. They provide great resistance and stay in place. The two sizes are perfect and I found way to incorporate them into my workout to provide resistance on many exercises. These bands are great. I am very happy I got them. They actually are comfortable. If you travel they are light enough to take along though no storage/carrying bag is included. The enclosed exercise guide is helpful. They are covered in a nice non-slipping type of fabric. These bands are really well made and strong. They will definitely up your workout. Great pair for home exercise. I'm very happy with this resistance bands. They are made from fabric, The quality is exceptional. It comes with 2 hip bands, one being light and the other medium. They will have you hips, glutes and thighs burning I promise. It comes with an exercise guide which which is very helpful if you are a beginner as well as a 30 day fitpass included.

These Echelon Resistance Hip Bands are very convenient, effective pieces of exercise equipment. These will make a great addition to your workout routine. What a great item for a traveler also. They are so compact that you can pack them in any bag to add that extra oomph to your workout. In the past I had resistance bands that used Velcro at your ankles. I hated the Velcro part so much. They were awkward to put on and they scratched and dug into my skin. They didn't stay in place and were a pain to take off. It was such a chore to transition through my workout. I hated them so I quit using them. I would just do my leg exercises minus the resistance. These bands are a total game changer. They are such a simple, but effective piece of equipment. I just have to step into them and do my usual leg workouts. They are so comfortable and well made. They stay in place and don't slip, dig or scratch. I actually feel like I'm doing so much more and can feel my leg workout now. I love using them while I do my squats too. You receive a pack of two and the red is the lower resistance to use until you become advanced and then you can used the light blue band. Included is also a sheet of exercises to do with your bands. I was familiar with most of these movements which are simple, straightforward, and effective. I highly recommend these high quality resistance bands.

I love these bands to get a great booty workout in. It strengthens and builds my quads along with my glutes for a sexy look. You have to use in conjunction with a diet or protein shakes to build mass. The bands themselves are thick, great material. It stretches out nicely and they aren't cheaply made. They are not adjustable (it looks like it in the pic) but they give way so that you can stimulate muscle building. There are 2 one is light and one is medium strength. Overall, very satisfied with my new hip/booty bands!

I exercise everyday and use various resistance bands and this set of bands are great for my arsenal of workout gear. This pack comes with 2 resistance bands. One is slightly larger than the other (the red one) and has a little bit less resistance. The smaller blue band has quite a bit of resistance. It also comes with a very small poster with various ways to use the bands for exercise and a 30 day Fitpass Trial. The bands are very well made. They are fabric sewn together very well. The fabric is very heavy duty. The bands are about 3 inches wide---which helps them not fold over when you are using them. The bands have never slipped off, folded over, or rolled when I use them. The resistance is very good on these bands and you can feel you getting a good work out when you use them. Overall I am really impressed with these resistance bands. I use them at least 3 times per week and they exceeded my expectations on how well they stay in place and the resistance they provide for a good challenging workout.
