I like everything about these curtains ..I've bought 3 pairs ..They keep out any light when I need to sleep in.They also keep in the heat or cold whichever is needed ..I'd recommend these curtains to anyone who works jobs that require sleeping through the day...And the price is right..
I got the grey curtains. I was a little unsure about the flowers but they look amazing. not overpowering or giving off an older vibe. The curtains cut the sun out so the room is dark. the sun doesn't shine through. will be purchasing more for other rooms.
The guys were priced so low I expected so so quality. Not the case, they are soft, have excellent darkening ability and the color is super. They had no discernible smell and the wrinkles came out with a quick tumble in the dryer. I am very pleased with them. And, wow, the price was amazing.
love love love these curtains,!!! they're actually better than I expected. I immediately noticed the difference after putting them up and closing them, its the middle of the day and even with my blinds opened behind the curtains it was a much darker room than before with my old room darkening curtains. I really think having the black liner did the trick, will be ordering from this company again for my livingroom curtains. The floral print very nice.
These curtains are a great choice if you’re looking for better sleep and a cooler room. They block out the morning sunlight really well, so you can rest longer without being disturbed. I also noticed a big difference in the room temperature—they help keep the heat from the sun outside, even during the hottest hours of the day. They’re not only functional but also make the space feel more comfortable. Totally worth it!
I have an allergy to the sun, and the eclipse phoenix solid blackout curtains are not true blackout curtains. They are more room darkening than solid blackout. I have spent so much money on buying "blackout curtains" that it's becoming ridiculous. Like these, they always say, "solid black out or 100% blackout/privacy" and they turn out not to be as advertised! These, like others are more sheer than they tell you. I can say that these are not as sheer as the mainstay curtains, but they are about 15%-20% sheer and still see through. Ugh, so disappointed! Pic for reference. On a good note, these are very nice, heavy, soft and look great but not at all "blackout or privacy" curtains. Do better Eclipse, as I had high hopes.
ok for the price but definitely not blackout. material is fairly thin with poor stitching even my untrained eye spotted. panels so have the blackout lining on the back. it is pressed on, not a separate layer. the sun was waning when i hung them tonight and even though the material is a darker color and even with the blackout coating, i could still see light through them. i like the color ok. I'm still deciding if I'll keep them. super disappointing actually because i bought these for our western facing living room to help with summer heat in the evenings and help keep that room more comfortable. not sure how much they'll be helping. legit, when i opened the delivery box i was doubtful there were two panels in each package. that's how thin they are.
these are not blackout curtains, they are regular curtains with black fabric on one side. a lot of light gets thru them. not to mention the fabric quality is trash. really wish i could get my money back on the two sets. I had to alter them for my windows and it was a nightmare. i feel bad for whoever makes these, hope its a machine.
Package claims this is total blackout and I believed paying the higher price would get me total black out, but these failed. As you can see from the picture it is darkening but not even close to “total black out”
The advertised 100% blackout is 110% false! A Dollar Tree piece of tissue paper would work just as well. They looked legit in the package and the color is good. Do not be fooled… they are horrible for the purpose they are suppose to serve.
