I like that it's concentrated. I prefer that. Less packaging is good and you can use less however I didn't love the smell and I had trouble opening the pump top.

Difficulty opening pump dispenser
I am a Walmart associate, and I received this item by shipping. I had difficulty opening the cap in order to use the pump dispenser. Instead, I just poured a small amount directly into a front load washing machine. After using, I am satisfied with this item; it effectively removed residue and dirt, and it smells good.

Not impressed with the cleaning effectiveness, the scent seems to age poorly, after several days it kinda stinks.

Bad pump design
I could not get the pump to open. Had to unscrew the cap and pour it. This is very messy and a huge waste because a lot just runs down the side of the bottle when you replace the cap. The detergent might be good but so frustrating to use.
