Thank you Learning Resources for the free Hot Dots Preschool Prep Set! As soon as I got it, my 5-yr old set down at the table to check it out! I am very impressed with how easy it is to use, and how engaging it is for my kid. Unlike myself, who learned with pencil and paper, he is much more drawn to newer learning techniques. This being electronic really drew him in. I appreciate that it is easy to store and even take traveling with us. Definitely plan to check other the other options!

My toddler really enjoys using this interactive pen. It lights up green when correct and red when mistaken. Battery life is great and the pen itself is perfect for my toddlers little hands. Very fun and educational. Perfect for preschoolers and for on the go, car rides.

I got this not knowing whether my 4-year old would use it or like it. It was easy to set up (installing a battery or two). My daughter quickly picked up matching letters. I worked with her on learning how to pick words that start with the same sound. After a day or two, she was inspired to learn how to write her name. She went to Preschool telling her teacher and friends that she knew how to write her name. She came home bragging to her grandma too. It was great to see (and funny). Overall, I love this set!

My kids plays a lot with the card. They love the way they could count and relate the images with the letters.

This is a great educational toy and my child loves it. Keeps him entertained and also helps with his spelling. I received this item as a sample from crowdtap for my honest review. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great tool to start learning letters and numbers at home with the little ones and very useful for the not so little ones to brush up on their uppercase and lowercase alphabet. We enjoyed the interactive Hot Dots pen. It lights up green when the right answer is chosen and red when incorrect. I like that the sounds can be turned on or off. This is a set they can do with or without parental assistance. The cards are your average card quality so they can get a little bendable if they get too excited. Definitely worth trying!

i got these free to try for my grandson. he really got excited for the fact that it lit up green when he got it right and the oh no out of his mouth was absolutely adorable when he saw it lit up red when he got it wrong... since theses are targeted at a younger audience i really wish they were made out of a stronger material because as you know kids are tough

My daughter enjoys this activity. I like that the pen has sound options. She's 4 & there are some items on the cards that she needed help identifying, like quilt. Sometimes the dot or the pen messes up so it gives an incorrect answer, you have to try to hold the pen right or wipe away any possible debris, but that doesn't happen very often & I can explain it to her.

We received the Hot Dots PreSchool Prep Set for free from The Learning Resources in the mail,and my child was excited and tried them out and actually played with them for very long time. We played together at first,then he wanted to play by himself with the cards,and he was so proud of himself with all the right answers that the pen showed him he made by lightning up green! I've already have looked into purchasing more of these cards for him!

I had high hopes for this product. I got it for free to test out. And within a few hours…my kids had already ripped a couple of the cards and had lost others. The way it was intended to be used kept thier attention for about 3 minutes. Then they started playing with just the card and made up their own game. My 5 y/o quickly lost interest in the pen and then gave up on the cards a few minutes later. My oldest (10) was over them both in a few minutes as well. They haven't touched them since then…
