Educational Insights Kanoodle Pyramid, 3D Brain Teaser Puzzle Game, for Kids Ages 7+

We really enjoy playing this as a family! It is great for all ages and there are so many options of puzzles you can complete. We like to set timers and race to see who can do things the fastest as a mom, I really love that it stores small and can be put away. It also is small enough to take when traveling.

My 10 year old loves the kanoodle puzzles. They are great for children to play by themselves. He has had two of these puzzles, this pryamid design is just as fun and challenging as the first smaller puzzle he received. Great for challenging the brain! You can continue to play against yourself to figure out more and more puzzles. Depending on ability to sit and play and engineer the layout, I'd say age 8 appropriate.

If you like original kanoodle, youll love this! The 3D pyramid aspect of this makes it challenging in a new, thrilling way. It really gets your brain rolling and thinking. A game that reaches across ages 3 - 103!

So my kids are 13, 11 and 10. They played with this almost 3 hours and the next day after it. They even took it to school. They rated it 9/10 only because they said the 3D model was hard but that's a good thing I would think. They said it was fun and it kept them entertained for hours. They all played together and put their electronics down on a free weekend so that's 5 stars for me.

This is such a fun game. My daughter, 11, loved it. I as an adult loved it. There aren't really too many instructions other than it shows you how to set it up the 1st time and then the book is filled with puzzles. We made it through the first one easy peasy, but they definitely get harder lol. It can keep you busy for a long time ans strengthen your brain!

Full disclosure my children did so much better at these puzzles than myself! I find this to be very calming and peaceful to play. My kids play with this daily and have even taken it with when we went camping. I feel it really stimulates the brain and gets the kids off devices.

As an engineer and mother of 2, I encourage my 9 and 6 yr old daughters to play with STEAM toys. The Kanoodle Pyramid does a very good job of being a physical puzzle (similar to puzzle apps on phone/tablet) with a wide range of difficulty; having both the 2D (flat) and 3D (pyramid) puzzles in an easy-to-use manual is great! My husband and I have both enjoyed solving several of the 2D and 3D puzzles and our kids enjoyed working through each puzzle with increasing difficulty. I greatly appreciate that everything fits within the base for storage. After you learn how to solve the puzzles once, there isn't a lot of replayability.

I was given this product free in order to review it. I have four kids of all ages and they are all able to complete this puzzle with different levels. I found it very relaxing to try to solve the puzzles. With so many choices, it does not get repetitive because you can play many different puzzles. Some are harder than others. Compared to other puzzles like this, I would choose this because it is easy to keep all of the pieces together. It is big enough so the puzzle pieces don't get lost. I would recommend this for ages 7+
