I'm glad that i invested in thus ice maker, it provides just enough ice, sometimes too much 😂, we make smoothies and sometimes my ice maker in the freezer takes longer than expected, but this ice maker makes just enough, a good purchase that I made.

This little ice maker works great! It took a few cycles to get the ice right but we love it! We let the bin fill up with ice the transfer it to our freezer.

I've used it only once as I just received it. It worked as I expected it to. Might be a little quieter than expected. I chose it because of free shipping with next day delivery.

this thing makes ice remarkably fast .I couldn't be happier with it. I'm glad I purchased it when I did, because I imagine the rice going up on it because of the reliability and speed that it makes ice.

I thought I could just take it out of the box and start making ice. Wrong answer. I have a habit of not reading instructions. Once I followed the instructions, step by step, I could not ask for a better appliance. I have saved money and time by not going to the store to buy ice. I love the cube size also.

Let me start by saying that so far, it's been a great, little unit. That being said, I've only had it a little over 2 weeks. So durability and longevity we'll have to wait and see. I highly, HIGHLY recommend spending the $10 for the 3 year protection plan. From my own experiences, these portable/countertop ice machines are wonderful. Until...... one day you go to get ice and you find it's not working at all. You learn that Big Fancy Names or thinking the higher the price, the longer it will live. WRONG!!!! Those do not mean a thing at all. My only minor nitpick is the size. You should DEFINITELY pay attention to the measurements of the machine. It's tiny compared to others I've owned. The catch tray for the ice is about the size of my hand. In fact, the little scoop that's included is too big to easily scoop ice out of the catch basket. But, it's quiet and quick. Ya'll think I'm joking, but to me this thing is itty bitty teeny weeny TINY. However, I AM a man and life has tought me that I, as a man, will never conquer the ability to measure anything accurately.

Out of 3 ice makers just like this I've purchased in the last 2 years, this one has run smoother, lasted longer, and is still running strong! Self cleans, and reliable! I use this Icemaker 24/7, I live alone, but am at home all the time. Best purchase I've made for convenience, readily available ice, and entertaining!

Unfortunately this ice machine is hit or miss- I love that it is self cleaning, my old one was not. It would get slimy. What I do not understand is how this cleans? All it does is cycle the water back and forth for 10 mins. So I add vinegar or a cleaning agent and run the cycle then run it again with pure water. Letting it dry before refilling. Also, it randomly shuts off. Ill go in to get ice and it will be off- when I did not turn it off. It makes ice at a decent rate though and holds a good amount. Id actually prefer the ice bucket to be slightly bigger and the water reservoir to be slightly smaller. When it runs out of water, an auditory beep or alarm would be nice- all I hear now is the motor burning itself out. However, for the money its a decent machine and I love that there is a window over the freezer portion that opens up for even more ability to clean.

I never reviewed my purchase! It's been saying it's been in transit for months. I purchased this for my mom as a gift and they only delivered the gallon of water but not the ice machine purchased! I then called customer service after I activated a return in which I never received. Not even a gift card! We are in the month of July! This was purchased on May 1st! A bunch of thieves! Calling is like talking to the dead! No response! No return! No gift care! No money! No product! Just out here taking folk money!

The ice maker was pretty easy to use. But the ice has a taste of plastic or something gross that makes your entire drink taste like these chemical. I made several batches of ice to see if the smell would go away and it did NOT. Returned the machine.
