It is hard to beat the price of this generator. I live in a place that has lots of power outages in Northwest Montana and I finally bit the bullet and bought a generator. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because I don't use it that much but it's nice to have a backup when you only have electric power. It started right up after I added the oil and it seems to work really well. I had good communication from the sending company to let them know if there was any damage and it arrived in perfect condition.

THIS GENERATOR IS INCREDIBLE!! It's small and compact but has some serious power. It was exactly what I needed! It came perfectly packaged and was in perfect condition when I opened the box. Moreover it crunk right up on the very first pull! Very satisfied with my purchase and I WILL be purchasing again.

I've used two of these units so far. both of them were true work horses. Some complain that they are loud, but compared to a standard generator not so bad. I ran units 24/7, shutting down occasionally for refuels and oil changes. The only down side is they only have 120volt, but it can output 12v dc at the same time.

Oh boy did this baby come in handy! I was prepared for these storms. The Efurden was quiet and so long lasting saved us from a flooding basement. Even better price!!!

I'm actually not too sure how to rate this yet because I have not yet even opened the boxes to see anything about them I bought them because being that it's hurricane season I want to make sure I have a backup plan in case my power goes out because the last time the Hurricanes came through I was without power for 7 days and so was my son so I have a generator for him and one for myself so for right now I will say the delivery guy was awesome that brought the generator very nice very accommodating the packaging it came in a smaller box than what I was expecting which is good it was not extremely heavy I was able to pick it up and move it where I needed to move it

The generator was not fully assembled. It was missing a big piece of the engine and when I contacted customer service they 1) told me I'm not supposed to take the generator apart, to which I explained again that it came this way then 2) told me it was fine to just add gas and oil and use and offered me $20. And then when I repeated myself again and again that the generator was not completely assembled, they never responded so I returned it to Walmart at my inconvenience. If that wasn't enough they then messaged me again after the return to inquire why I would return the generator and when I told them that I've already told them 3x and to leave me alone bc at this point they are so frustrating and annoying to me, they responded by telling me I must have contacted the wrong customer service last time. All these messages from the same email address, so they are yet again wrong, incompetent and blaming it on me. Completely ridiculous and it's really disappointing that Walmart doesn't vet their third party vendors through the website.

I ordered the 4400 watt generator and they sent me the wrong generator they sent me the 4000 watt generator disappointing

I bought two at the same time, one wouldn't start, and the other I didn't have the common sense to start because it was leaking gas, so I had to return it

It only lasts for about 2:03 hours. It sucks the gas like you can't believe. And I have just only thing hooked to it is a small 110 air conditioner, and I mean, I small one, yeah, it cools, but you're putting every 2 hours. You're putting gas in it to keep it going, or you can have cool air

Ordered an Efurden generator, and Walmart marked it as "delivered"—except it never actually arrived. Customer service dragged me through a week-long run-around of empty promises before finally washing their hands of it and telling me they won't refund my money or send the product. Total ghost show and a complete scam. If you want your money stolen and your time wasted, by all means, buy from here. Otherwise, stay far away.
