I put this bed frame up all by myself! I first laid everything out as pictured in the directions so it will be easy for me to comprehend I did it step by step, not the only thing I do have to say is the fact that the 1%26 2 frame bottom holes were not taking the screws so I had to force them but other than that everything was okay and I liked how it was a sheet type instead of a zipper

I'm disabled, and short. I had absolutely NO issues putting this together. I did however use my electric drill for the last few screws because the included tool just wasn't working w my hands/handicapped. Its not extremely light weight to move the "box" around to the place you're intending to install this box springs. After opening the box the way it's packaged, easy breezy to bring the pcs to your selected spot. I actually appreciate the option of not having to deal w a standard fixed box springs. for me this was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. the only suggestion I'd have is to still consider purchasing a very thin PC of plywood unless your mattress is firm enough not to try to settle in-between the rods. mine is not.

I am female 76 needed a box spring for a quest room. I assembled it by myself. It took 2 hours. Well worth it. Price, delivery, quality great.

Small pieces to assemble. Two pieces were not the correct size

Most of the nuts were too small for the bolts and most of the bolts were too big for the holes. It took me an hour and 15 minutes to assemble because I had to force everything with all of my strength and the tools at hand. The tool that it came with did not fit any of the bolts nor nuts.

i purchased product from walmart, the holes and the pegs dont line up so you cannot put it together, walmarts app or website had an issue so i couldnt see the sellers responses to me, but i kept calling walmart to follow up. I also sent an email to the company per walmart and sent the seller pictures. that email was not responded to. I can no longer get a refund. I offered pictures and to take it back to a walmart in box and walmart advised i couldnt.. this seller could have reached out to me after walmart explained to them i couldnt see their responses, and they declined.... Great customer service !!! Pictures included.

Came damaged can they well answer my emails so I lost my money

I assembled the queen frame and the last two pieces were the wrong size. About 2-1/2inches short. Hey stuff happens. So I emailed Mlily no response. Usually note saying don't send back let us know. Nope. 800 number i called M-F. Okay called during hours nice lady answered and said oh here's the number you need to call for help. It is for Walmart customers. It rang and rang then voicemail said mailbox full and hung up. Called Walmart they were really good but the only option is disassemble and take to store. But they suggested filling out as warranty issue. I did take pictures explained everything no response. So we bought one from another company and return. Horrible company for almost 2 weeks no bed.
